- Send the right message : if one of you campaign has low chance of being open don’t send it to that particular customer. Alternatively you can create several version and let the algorithm decide which version to send to each
- Send it at the right time : Not everyone read their email at the same time! By sending it at the wrong moment you decrease the chance of your email to be opened
